• 4 teaspoons of indigo blue.
• A carton of yogurt.
• A few drops of argan oil or sweet almond oil.
METHOD :
• Mix the yogurt with the almond oil or argan oil and the blue indigo to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
• The mixture is distributed over the skin with a special brush for applying tweezers, except for the area around the eyes and around the mouth.
• Leave the mixture on the skin for ½ hour.
• Wash the skin with lukewarm water, then spread the appropriate moisturizer.
• Apply this mask regularly two to three times a week for a month to get rid of acne and other types of pimples, like blackheads.

INGREDIENTS :
• One tablespoon of indigo blue powder.
• A tablespoon of yogurt.
• A teaspoon of olive oil.
METHOD :
• Mix all the ingredients well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
• Distribute the mixture on the skin of the face over the entire face.
• Leave for ½ hour, then wash the face with lukewarm water.
• Repeat the indigo blue mask to lighten facial skin twice a week.

INGREDIENTS :
• One tablespoon of indigo blue powder.
• One tablespoon of Moroccan clay.
• 3 tablespoons of brewer's yeast.
• Small water.
METHOD :
• Moroccan clay is mixed with blue indigo powder and brewer's yeast.
• Add enough water to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
• Distribute the mixture all over the skin of the body, paying particular attention to dark areas, particularly the armpits and bikini line.
• Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes before taking a shower with lukewarm water.
• Moisturize the skin with sweet almond oil.
• Repeat the indigo blue mask for whitening body skin for 3 consecutive days only every month.
• It is not recommended to apply this mask to the skin of the face to avoid irritation.

The use of nila indigo blue on the skin is considered safe, provided that a quantity of the mask prepared from it is tested on a hidden part of the skin, in anticipation of any sensitivity that may arise.
It is also indicated that pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use indigo blue to prevent deformations that could affect the fetus or the risk of transmission to the infant.
In addition, you should not use it too much, but you should just adopt it twice a week at most in one week, in order to avoid the appearance of any inflammation or skin redness.
