Right of withdrawal and satisfaction guarantee

If a product does not meet the Buyer's expectations, the Buyer has fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the products ordered on the Site to exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting Nila-Beautys at contact@nilabeautys.com.

Products must be returned within fourteen days following the withdrawal notice, new and in their original packaging, also in perfect condition. Damaged or soiled items will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refunded; only the amount of the returned items is refunded.

Nila-Beautys recommends sending returns by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Shipments sent postage due or cash on delivery will be refused.

However, under the provisions of the Hamon law that entered into force on 13 June 2014, personal hygiene products and cosmetics are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies only to bath accessories, fashion accessories and herbal products.

Refund terms

We undertake to exchange or refund the order using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 15 days after we receive the return. Return shipping costs are not refundable. For any new shipment, shipping charges will also be invoiced.

Terms of sale – Return and parcel reshipment policy

1. Parcel not collected from a pickup point
If a parcel is not collected within the required period, it will be returned to us. In this case, no refund will be made.

2. Return due to incorrect address
If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect or incomplete, no refund will be made.

3. Reshipment
Reshipment remains possible in cases 1 and 2 at the customer's request, provided that the shipping costs are paid again.

These conditions are applied to ensure efficient and rapid order processing.
