Manual :
- Cutaneous use: Dilute 1 drop of Compact Oregano essential oil in 9 drops of vegetable oil. Massage this mixture on the stomach, 3 times a day before meals, for 4-5 days.
- Oral use for adults: Dilute 1 to 2 drops of essential oil in a teaspoon of commonly consumed vegetable oil (olive oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil). Take this preparation 2 to 3 times a day in the event of a declared infection.
It is important to note that Compact Oregano essential oil can be toxic to the liver when used too frequently. It is also not recommended for people suffering from liver problems and should be used with caution by people prone to hypertension.
