Authentic Moroccan Siwak – Traditional Natural Miswak Toothbrush

Authentic Moroccan Siwak

Discover the Authentic Moroccan Siwak, also known as Miswak, a traditional plant-based stick used for generations in oral hygiene routines.

Upon contact with water, its tip can be softened to form small plant fibers resembling a natural brush. It thus allows for mechanical and traditional cleaning of the tooth surface.

Practical, lightweight, and easy to carry, the Siwak is particularly suitable for those looking for a traditional alternative to classic dental hygiene accessories.

How to use the Siwak?

1. Prepare the tip

Remove or cut about 1 cm of bark from one end of the stick.

2. Soften the fibers

Moisten the tip slightly with water, then chew it gently so that the plant fibers gradually separate.

3. Clean the teeth

Gently brush the fibers over the teeth with small, soft movements, without applying excessive pressure to the gums.

4. Maintain the Siwak

After use, rinse the fibers and let the Siwak dry in a clean, ventilated place.

When the tip becomes worn, trim it slightly to prepare new fibers.

An ancient tradition

The Siwak has long been used in many cultures as a traditional accessory for maintaining the mouth and teeth.

Its use relies mainly on the mechanical action of the plant fibers on the tooth surface.

Natural appearance of the product

As this is a natural plant product, each Siwak may show variations in:

• shape;
• diameter;
• length;
• color;
• texture.

These differences are natural and do not constitute a defect.

Precautions for use

• For individual use only.
• Do not share with another person.
• Use with gentle motions.
• Do not use on a painful or injured area.
• Store in a clean and dry place.
• Trim or replace the worn tip regularly.
• Stop use in case of unusual irritation.
• The Siwak does not replace regular follow-ups with a dental health professional.

Storage
