Instructions for Use:

• Infusion:
  • Bring 150 ml of water to a boil.
  • Add 1 to 2 whole leaves, or a teaspoon of cut leaves.
  • Let the water and plants simmer for 3 minutes, then steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and consume 2 to 3 cups per day.
• Inhalation:
  • Place a handful of leaves in a bowl of boiling water.
  • Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
• Gargle:
  • Infuse 1.5 to 3 grams of leaves in 150 ml of boiling water for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool and use as a gargle 3 times a day in case of a sore throat.
